DACA needs reform ASAP

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was created 10 years ago to protect the hundreds of thousand of young immigrants who came into America as children. But now, there are roughly 610K people relying on this two-year extension and they might be at risk if Congress doesn’t act soon; without timely intervention that provides interim protection dreamers could start being deportation
This passage highlights one problem with our current immigration system: its lack of stability because each time it’s renewed or challenged by courts someone has their life impacted negatively
